Printing Pdf Files from Outlook 365

This problem still exists.  Any updates on fixes? work-arounds?

Hi José! i'm wondering if you tried the webbrowser outlook.office.com or Outlook.com and from there one tried to print to PDF as described in this article: https://365tips.be/en/how-to-save-a-word-document-as-a-pdf/

Just chiming in that we are seeing this as well. Current Outlook 365 and Acrobat Pro. System print from Outlook will attempt to open each attachment in Acrobat, Acrobat fails with an error "Can't find file" or something similar. If previewing the pdf, can print. If downloaded attachment locally, can print. Am using default printer and "print all attachments" option in Outlook. Have not yet tried disabling security and regfix.

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused, and thanks for sharing the troubleshooting steps performed.

This was a known issue with Microsoft Office, and a hotfix was provided then. 

As PDF documents are printing fine when downloaded locally. We must check if Office is updated or if Outlook needs re-setup.
