Printing Problem

Hi every one

When I try to print a document the software does not recognise the printer and it open a new tab and ask to save the document. Then it saves it with .prn and finish. Can anyone help me to find out how can I print my pdf files or emails?

    Hi Mattparan,

    As per the description given above, I assume that you have the "Adobe PDF" printer set as default to print your PDF documents.

    You may check which printer is selected in the "Printer" section when you give the "Print" command as shown in the image below-

    If yes, then this is the reason that your documents are saving first rather than printing. Because that's the default behavior of PDF printer.

    And you can change the printer name from the drop down menu and print.

    Also, you can change the "Default" printer to your local printer from "Device & Printer" - Change the system default printer 

    Let us know if it still doesn't work.
