Printing tiny with vCita

Greetings Adobe Team! I use a online scheduling software called vCita. It allows me to print my daily patient schedule by creating a pdf file in Adobe Reader. When I look at the file in reader on my screen, it looks perfectly fine. But when I print it, it prints so tiny that it is not readable.  Please help!  - Dr. C.
