Probem viewing PDF's with Adobe Acrobat Reader dc

Question

When I open PDF's, they open, but then the file frezzes with a circling rainbow. I then have to force quit adobe. I tried re-installing the software and restarting the computer without success. I have a mac desktop with the highest updates possible. This began a few weeks ago.

If the issue still persists, would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Adobe Acrobat DC

A new version of Adobe Acrobat/Reader is now available. Please go to Help > Check for Updates and see if that works for you.
