Problème d'ouverture d'adobe acrobat reader dc sur windows 10

Bonjour,

Merci d'avance

    Hello Rauchd,

Sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused. As per the description above, the Adobe Reader is not working and it's very slow on your Windows 10 machine, Is that correct?

Please try resetting the preferences of Adobe Reader, to reset preferences refer to How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to default.

Try turning off the Protected mode once and see if this brings any difference. To turn off the protected mode, refer to Protected View feature for PDFs (Windows), Adobe Reader

Note: turning off the protected mode is only for testing purpose, please turn it back on.

If the issue persists, please use Acrobat cleaner tool to remove Adobe Reader Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

Reboot the machine and install Adobe Reader back from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

If you still face any issue, please create a test user profile with full admin rights and install Adobe Reader and check.

Let us know how it goes and share your findings.

    Regards,

    Anand Sri.
