Hi

I write regarding three orders AS below...

first order id is MS1B2K882Q: this one is working allright. All thougt I would like to have this subscription deleted.

order MS1B2FWKYX: this product has never worked in the abb? Therefore I want to cancel everything regarding this number Id, and refunded every expences I have had. I have contacted Appel support, and they have started a case: no 100093422582

In addition to this I have made another order, but still no confirmations on this?

All together I want All my orders to be deleted and refunded.

If any further questions please contact Appel support with reference to above mentioned case no.

    To direct you we'd need to know what you paid for. Reader itself is free. Please check your receipt for the exact name or code. Also did you buy from Adobe, from Apple's app store, or somewhere else?
