Problem field value different after selected

Hi, I am currently having some trouble with one pdf I am using,

I created a pdf with my name on it : "Clément", after flattening the pdf, the field shows the value : "Clment" but the interesting part is that when I open the PDF with "Clment" and click on the field to select it the value changes and goes to "Clément" but as soon as I deselect the field it goes back to "Clment".

I have no idea what I did wrong.
