Problem in copy of digtal signed PDF file to USB from Harddisk

I am getting error message

 

"There is not enough memory to complete this operation"

 

when I am transfering digital signed PDF File to USB drive from harddisk in windows 10. I have updated windows 10, Adobe reader dc but still facing problem. Please help me in resolving this issue.

How do you (try to) transfer exactly? Please be detailed and give app versions.

I have used copy paste command in file explorer
