Problem Streaming PDF embedded or attached videos through any Browser

I am using Adobe Acrobat Professional 2017. I have added the embedded videos and attached the same videos in the PDF document. When I open in Adobe Reader, it working fine and will be able to view the videos through Adobe Flash Player. But when I open the same PDF in Chrome or Microsoft Edge, the attached video link is not visible, even embedded video blacked out. 

How to view the videos when the PDF document is open in the Browser?

Chrome and Edge uses their own PDF viewers. They doesn't use Acrobat Reader.

And they as well as Apple's Preview software only support limited subsets of the PDF specification.
