Problem Syncing documents

Hello,

I have a problem with Acrobat Reader.

I recently uploaded my files in Document clouds, and when I want to highlight or write in a the file on my Ipad, the changes don't appear on my computer, just the file like I never did anything and when I do it the other way around (highlight on my computer) I can see the changes on my Ipad.

What can I do to solve this problem?????
