Problem Using 3D pdf files from ANARK software On PDF Acrobat Reader 2020.006.20034

Hi

I can't afford to exploit the 3d PDF files that were generated by ANARK software.
the file opens on adobe reader but randomly I lose all the info and sometimes even the drawing itself disappears.

can you help please

I use windows 10 pro
Acrobat version 2020.006.20034
32 GB RAM
AND i7 6Th generation

    Did you find out what the problem is and if not, we would be interested in understanding what the situation was.
