problem viewing PDF fly over effects with acrobat

Hi,

few members of my team are having problems when reading interactive PDFs in Acrobat DC or Acrobat Reader. Button fly-over effects won't appear, or randomly. Although it works fine when reading with Chrome. 

Already spent 2 hours with helpdesk running Acrobat cleaner several times  on my Mac.

Anyone having the same problem ?
