problem when printing page appearance selection - formatting

Have you started experiencing this issue recently or if it’s been happening for a while?

Also, please confirm the version of Adobe Acrobat Reader you’re using? You can find this information by going to Help > About Acrobat and make sure it’s up-to-date with the latest version (24.04.20243) go to Help > Check for updates and then restart your computer once update is finished.

Also check if there are any pending updates for your printer’s driver and firmware. Try updating these as well. If issues persist, you can uninstall the printer driver and firmware, restart your device, and then reinstall the driver from the manufacturer’s website and see if that works.
