Problem when trying to mail PDF directly from IE

Hi Everyone,

We have an annoying problem with Adobe Reader DC v. 19.010.20069.

This is only on Windows 7..

When we open a PDF document in Internet Explorer and tries to mail it by clicking on the mail icon then only a blank white screen is appearing in the right side of the screen in IE. Usually you have the option to click Continue and a new mail opens in Outlook and the PDF file will attach. This is only happening on this version of Adobe Reader.

Do anyone have a solution to this?

Frederik

Hi Frederik,

Sorry for the delay in response to your query. Are you still experiencing the same issue, or managed to get this resolved?

Adobe Acrobat/Reader official update (19.010.20099)  is now available. This update will be automatically pushed to all existing installations of Acrobat. If you want, you may also manually trigger the update early by opening the application and going to Help > Check for Updates or install directly from- DC Release Notes — Release Notes for Acrobat DC Products

This should help you fixing this issue. Let us know if it doesn't.

Thanks,

Akanchha
