Problem whit print xerox 7845i

hello something can solve my issue? i have a printer Xerox 7845i when i send a print to the printer, tell me that this is not possible and the printer stop the process,keeping him. I tried to change driver of PostScript to pcl6,i tried to disable all  protection of acrobat reader dc for file ,if i use another program for read pdf he works,i called the assistance of Xerox,but they tell me that the problem comes from programs,something have idea of problem? thx

    Please confirm any particular error message you get when trying to print and you may share required screenshots for the same with the help of the link below:

    Also, please try printing with a different printer and see if it works, check if the printer driver is correctly installed.

    And prinitng issue can also happen because of the file sometimes as it can contain incomplete or corrupt data.
