Problem with acrobat reader dc

Whenever I try to open acrobat reader DC it always opens ans closes immediately which is very terrific and is a big headache. Please help me with it.

What's the exact version number of the application (if you can recall it)? What's your OS version?

Did you try reinstalling the application? Did you try using the Cleaner tool?
