Problem with Adobe Reader Add-On Purchase

Hi,

Could a Customer Support Representative from Adobe please contact me? I am dissatisfied with my purchase yet only have the option to access support through forums. This only serves to frustrate the customer. Please contact me as soon as possible.

Thank you,

Chris

perhaps you wete signed on with a different Adobe ID. Worth looking into anyway. I think your account details would have (under details somewhere) even a failed purchase. Not sure an Adobe rep could do any more, since they look at the same account details.

By the way monthly charges start at the beginning of the month. So if there's nothing on the card, the chances are nothing happened.

The edit app is called Acrobat Pro. I humbly suggest you try out the free trial because if you can't install or use the trial for the job you have, it will save you effort in purchasing. Reader. WILL NOT CHANGE when you subscribe.

I'm not an Adobe rep do I have no way of knowing what exactly you bought. Can you tell us what it says in the receipt? Or in your account details? Including whether it's a subscription or permanent license.

    Oh Barf,

This last week I bought the capability of editing an Adobe PDF. But I can't

tell you what I bought because I can't find a receipt and your system says

I never bought anything anyway. If your system denies the purchase, then of

course you can't find what I bought. And I am purchasing on the monthly

payment plan so it hasn't showed up on my credit card yet. This is not fun.

I'm not dissatisfied with my purchase if I could find it. I previously had the free Adobe reader. Then today, less than an hour ago, I bought the upgrade so I could edit files within Adobe. I paid for the upgrade on a monthly basis wherein you hit my credit card. But, now the system claims I can not edit an Adobe file because who knows why?

I don't know any more codes.

Please help, this is really getting frustrating.

Perhaps you are still trying to use Acrobat Reader instead of the new app you paid for. That's the usual thing. Acrobat is NOT an app on for Reader.

Okay, so what I purchased is not an app for Reader. Your instructions sent

me to a community of confusion. It didn't help. So, what is the name of

what I bought, and how do I learn how to use it. I trust that I will be

able to correct PDF's once I use it.
