problem with displaying signature in pdf.

Hello. We have a problem with displaying signature in pdf. If I open the document in a browser, i can see a signature, but when I open it at Acrobat Reader DC (free version 2021.001.20145), the signature is not displayed. What can this problem be and how can we solve it?

Let me move this to the Acrobat Reader forum for you, which I think is the appropriate forum for your question. (Although it might be Adobe Sign, but lets try Reader first since you don't mention using Adobe Sign.)
