Problem with file name while converted from word to pdf

When people in my team save and convert from word into pdf a document, the name of the file while opened with Adobe Acrobat Reader is different from the one in the original word file and also different from the same file's name when I open it with, for example, Preview (Mac).

 

Is this a reason for this?

How can I solve it?
