Problem with maximazied windows

Hey everyone,
I've got a problem with the acrobat reader from an user in my company. When he opens a PDF file in a maximized window (not fullscreen), there is a bar at the bottom of the screen which either shows the part of the PDF slightly shifted or just blank. When you right click into this area the context menu of the windows behind acrobat reader appears (or from desktop if there is no other application behind acrobat reader).

When you don't maximize the window but adjust the windows size manually to as big as possible, the PDF is displayed as it should.

Edit: I forgot to mention that acrobat reader is up to date and the OS used is Windows 10.

What is this and how can I get rid of it? Hope you can help me.

    Hello Felixt,

    We're sorry for the trouble and for the delayed response. What is the version of Adobe Reader installed on the machine? to identify, please refer to Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

    Try repairing Adobe Reader from help>repair installation, reboot the machine after repair.

    Make sure you have the latest verison of Adobe Reader 19.010.20091 installed, check for any pending updates from help>check for updates, reboot the machine again after updating Adobe Reader.

    Are you connected to multiple monitors? Is it specific to one PDF file or with all the PDF files? Is it possible to post a screenshot of this blank bar? To post a screenshot, please refer to https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7043#jive_content_id_How_do_I_attach_a_screenshot

    Does this white bar appear in other apps too or is it with Adobe Reader?
