Problem with notes

Hello, I use adobe acrobat in my ipad and computer, but when I edit a pdf in the program, and then open it in preview in mac, in all the highlited text appear a lot of sticky notes that are empty. Also when I try to highlight some documents in adobe I can't because appears fragmented.

Do you know how I can avoid this problems?
