problem with preview in windows server 2019

today I have a problem. When enabling the flag for"Enable PDF thumbnail previews in Windows" does not work even if the program installs the function and restarts the pc.

I also try to change the reg value to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREWow6432NodeClassesCLSID/DC6EFB56-9CFA-464D-8880-44885D7DC193"

with value: 534A1E02-D58F-44f0-B58B-36CBED287C7C
