Problem with requesting PDF recipient signatures

Question

When I try to request a PDF recipient signature I receive this error message."Request must be made to correct API access point (e.g. use GET/baseUris).  What does this mean?

Hi Sharon,

Hope you are doing well. If you are still experiencing the same error while sending the document for signature, then try the below-mentioned steps:

1- Log on to Document Cloud web using this URL: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/ and initiate the Request Signature process from here. Did it go through? If yes, then

2- We assume that you are working with Acrobat Reader DC or Acrobat DC desktop application. Sign out of the application once and Sign back in with your Adobe ID and password.

Click on the profile icon in the upper right corner and Sign Out.
