You posted to the orphaned Acrobat Reader Mobil (beta) forum. It does not sound as if you are using the beta version, and it's unclear if you are using Acrobat Reader for Mobile (iOS or Android) or the desktop version of Acrobat Reader because you mention computers — not iPads or mobile phones.

Please confirm if you are using Reader for Mobile or desktop, and let us know your OS and version. It would be helpful if you include screenshots from the computer where it works so we can see what you are trying to do.
