Problema al tratar de iniciar sesión en la aplicacion

Hola, hace poco me descargué la aplicación de Adobe Acrobat Reader y traté de iniciar sesión con mi cuenta de google, pero no se abría ninguna ventana en el navegador para poner mi cuenta. A gradecería que me digan alguna solución para ingresar a mi cuenta desde la aplicación de escritorio con Google.

Could you please share the screenshot of the Sign In options window as well as the Sign up window that you get at your end?

I attach the pictures here below. The first one is the photo of the Sign in options and the second one is the photo of the window that appears after I try to sign in with Google. When I try to sign in with Google, it says that it will open a window in my browser but nothing happens.
