Problema de sincronização das marcações do texto

Já tem muito tempo que as alterações que realizo nos documentos salvos na nuvem no meu adobe acrobat reader que não são sincronizadas quando eu acesso os mesmos documentos em outros dispositivos que já era logado. As alterações ficam salvas apenas nos dispositivos cuja alterações foram realizadas, mas quando acessados em outro dispositivo, nenhuma delas aparece.

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused. We apologize for the delay in response.

We assume you are referring to the desktop application here. If this is about the Acrobat or Reader desktop, then please try the following steps:

  1. 1- Ensure you are signing in with the same email address on desktop and web accounts.
  2. 2- Sign out of all the devices and sign back in once. 
  3. You must save the Documents on Document Cloud, not locally on the device itself. 
  4. Try vice-versa. Make changes to the document file on Document Cloud web and see if you can see those changes on the Reader desktop app. https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/ 
  5. If this doesn't work, ensure you have installed the latest patch for the application. 

Go to Acrobat> Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once (you must save all the work before restarting)

6- Check your internet connection, disable the antivirus (if any), and try again.
