Buenas a todos,

Tengo un problema con mi Adobe. No me deja guardar ningún archivo de pdf en mi nube, en todos los documentos me sale como si estuviera bloqueado (adjunto evidencia). Por otro lado, ya lo he actualizado, he desactivado lo del "almacenamiento en linea" pero hasta ahora no se ha resuelto. Espero que me puedan ayudar 🥲.

@nomoki_8754 Log into the Adobe website (Adobe Creative Cloud or Document Cloud) in a web browser to confirm your subscription is active and your payment method is up-to-date. A lapsed or paused subscription can restrict cloud access. Once you are in your account, confirm you haven't exceeded your cloud storage limit. If your Adobe cloud storage is full, the application won't be able to save new files. You may need to delete old files or upgrade your storage plan.
