Problemas para abrir document cloud

Hola, no puedo abrir document cloud en mi paquete Acrobat PDF Pack. Alguien puede orientarme?

Are you trying to access Document Cloud files on Acrobat Reader? If yes, please share a screenshot of the error you get when opening Document Cloud.

If not, you can access Document Cloud using the web portal. You can log in to https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/
