Problème d'affichage objet 3D

Bonjour,

Hi @defaulth8unqsu6inif

Sorry for the delay in response.

From the description given above, it seems that you have not been able to access the 3D PDF using the Acrobat Reader desktop app on Mac. However, the same PDF file opens fine on Acrobat Pro on Mac and Windows. Is that right?

If yes, then try changing the following setting and see if that helps:

1- Navigate to Acrobat Reader>Preferences(Ctrl+K)> Multimedia & 3D

2- Check if you have the following settings enabled: >OK

Thanks,

Akanchha

Dear Akanchha,

Thanks for your reply.

To be more precise, it's not that i'm not able to access the 3D PDF using the Acrobat Reader desktop app on Mac. It's about the size of the 3D object that is activated. Indeed, the size of this object is twice smaller than the size it should be. And the 3D object size is correct when opening the same file on Acrobat Pro on Mac or Acrobat Reader DC on Windows.

I have attached two screenshots. Look at the 3D object at the bottom left of the page (twice smaller using Acrobat Reader desktop app on Mac whereas normal size on Acrobat Pro on Mac or Acrobat Reader DC on Windows).

Thanks in advance.

I forgot to mention: yes i did try to change the 3D settings according to your suggestions but it didn't help solving the problem on Acrobat Reader desktop app on Mac.
