Problème de beug avec Acrobat Reader

Depuis deux jours il m’est impossible d’accéder à mes documents dans Acrobat Reader car impossible de me reconnecter (j’ai une bonne connexion et mes identifiants sont les bons). L’application et la version en ligne me disent toutes deux qu’un problème est survenu et de réessayer plus tard. Même message d’erreur sur tous mes appareils (ordinateur fixe, ordinateur portable et même téléphone portable). Cela fait deux jours et je suis bloquée. Une idée ?

    Since the same error appears across all your devices simultaneously, please start by checking Adobe's service status at https://adobe.ly/4w9LaJJ to confirm whether an active incident is affecting sign-in services in your region.

    If no incidents are reported, please try the following:

    • Try signing in on your mobile phone using cellular data rather than Wi-Fi. If sign-in works on cellular but not on Wi-Fi, this points to a network side issue, such as a firewall or router that may have received a recent update

    • If cellular also fails, please go to https://adobe.ly/4bbkvEd in your browser and attempt to sign in directly. If sign-in fails there as well, please use the Get help signing in option to recover access

    • Please also share the exact error message you are seeing across your devices
