problems converting pdf to Word doc

I've only been subscribed for a few days, and I've had success converting some documents via my desktop. But I have been constantly getting this message when I try to sign in to do a conversion: "A network error occurred while attempting to sign in".  I do not have local network issues, obviously since I'm sending this via the internet.  It doesn't matter what document I select either, same problem for all.

Desperate and frustrated, particularly for paying the fee with no one to contact.

Advice??

    Does the same thing happen when you try and convert from here: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

    Actually, since you are using a paid product (and not only the free Reader), there is support but these forums are better in my humble opinion.

    Step 1 -> Open acrobate PDF file

    Step 2 -> Export PDF tool in the right pane

    Step 3 -> Choose word as export format and choose word document

    Step 4 -> Click export

    Step 5 -> Name the file as you want

    thanks for your help; it did work through the cloud, but I'd prefer to do it on my desktop.

    But now I have a customer support # thanks to you, so maybe they can figure out the real problem.

    But thanks for your humble support, big help!!
