Problems Emailing through Reader Interface
Afternoon All,
Try to solve a user problem in the following environment:
Server 2016 RDS
Office 2016 - 16.0.5122.1000
Adobe Reader DC - 2021.001.20145
I have a PDF that is opened from a network location. When click email, it opens the draft in Outlook but never attaches it. Adobe then locks up and I need to end the process.
Copying the same PDF to the desktop and following the same steps works fine, no issues.
I have rebuilt the users profile twice. On both occasions is works a few times, but on log off and back on it starts failing again. I've reinstalled / repaired the Adobe install, no help.
Any ideas?
