problems printing

I recently upgraded to free update form Version 11 to DC but I cannot get my dual language text to print

properly since with DC I need to print  French/English but the text  is coming out as gobbedlygook .

I have tried printing from my new Mac and same thing happens I cannot get the older version reinstalled

when I try to install it  even after uninstalling DC anyone have any solutions to my problems I am desperate to get

my printing done as I was able to do before installing reader DC.
