problems saving a PDF

When trying to save the PDF, I click "save as" and I just get a blank white screen.  I have tried multiple things and nothing is working.

    Hello Susanf,

    I am sorry for the trouble you had, what is the version of Adobe Reader installed? To identify, refer to Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

    Navigate to Adobe Reader's preferences once from Acrobat/Edit>Preferences>General>and uncheck 'Show online storage when saving files'>click ok, restart the application and check.

    Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed, check for any pending updates of Adobe Reader from help menu>check for updates, reboot the machine and check.
