Problems verifying a signature with a Digital Id Certificate (says the certification is invalid)

Hi All,

I would appreciate some help.

I use a Digit Id certificate to sign pdf documents, since October 23rd every document signed, says the certification is invalid, whereas before that date everything was ok, the Digital Id was renewed in May 2019 for three years, so, it should not be from the certificate.

We have spoke to the Company which issued the certificate and they say its a problem with Adobe Reader. Shouldn't theyhelps fix the problem?
