Hello

I have issues with reinstall Adobe Reader. My client uninstall it via uninstaller file and now when I want to install it again I have an this error:

The windows installer does not allow patches for managed advertised products. At least one feature of the product must be installed before applying the hotfix

Please notice that this error is translated from other language.

I hope that someone know this problem.

Cheers

On Windows, Acrobat Reader does not include an uninstall file of any kind in its folders under c:\Program files (X86). It doesn't need them, because it has a regular uninstaller in the Control Panel.

What do you mean "uninstalled it via an uninstaller file"? Do you mean they used a non-Adobe uninstaller?

I work as helpdesk and my client told me that he uninstall adobe by uninstaller file from folder where adobe was installed. I'am sure that it was not non-Adobe uninstaller.
