protected by copyright

Hello. I've been waiting for an answer for the past two months... Can somebody do something please? I haven't been able to use my Reader since July.

I can't access my books on my reader, "this document is protected by copyright" message every time.

I can play them on my computer however.

I already watched with Sony (reader) and the problem is not from home.
