Hi,

I am trying to install adobe reader in order to download some work appraisal forms on my Macbook Pro.  I have tried many times from adobe website and also my work website, it downloads but halfway through unstallation it stops installing and the following appears:

I have spoken to Apple three times and we have uninstalled any previous adobe versions, and the computer is clean of adobe (MacOS 10.12.3) but it still will not install.  I have also set up a new user but it would not work on this either.

Can anyone help?? I am unable to go any further with my appraisal until this is resolved!

thanks

Please look in the folder Applications. Is there any file or folder with Adobe or Acrobat in the name there? What?
