Quick/Print Acrobat Reader DC Version 2020.013.20064 Crash Windows 8.1 & Outook 2010

I need your help quick print from outlook 2010, windows 8.1 adobe reader crash. I have tried the solution:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Outlook\Options\Attachments\
And FileTrackIdle as DWORD(32-bit)

but that does not work.
