This just started last week?

When I open some adobe pdf files, I get "application error-RDRCEF.exe, OXC0000135"

Happens about 75% of the time I open a .pdf file? I simply click ok, and error message goes away, but no crashing occurs. I use windows 7, 32 bit.

    Hi,

Can you confirm if the following files are present in your installation directory/Reader/AcroCEF - a screenshot like one below will be much appreciated:

If possible, can you share a crash dump? You can use the following steps -

Enable saving user mode memory dumps locally using Windows Error Reporting, create the following Registry key:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Windows Error Reporting\LocalDumps

    Value Name = DumpType

    Data type: REG_DWORD

    Value Data = 1

Dump files are stored in the default location %LOCALAPPDATA%\CrashDumps. Send it to us at ambooATadobeDOTcom.

More details are present here - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/931673

    Thanks,

    Hi quansoo,

It can be because of no .NET famework on your system.  Please go to  Download Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Standalone Installer) from Official Microsoft Download Center & install Microsoft .NET famework.

Check if it fixes the issue.

    Regards,

    Aadesh
