Hi Umam,
As you are experiencing issue in installing the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on your Mac, try the steps mentioned below:
- Run the cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs on your machine
- Reboot the machine
- Download the installer file from here Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
Check if this resolves the issue.
If you still get an error message or issue in installing the application, let us know.
