Hello I am having issue with Adobe Reader XI 11.0.22 OOC patch update!

First i couldn't able to download the patch its showing error as adobe ftp fail to response! If you have any other link please mention?

Also i found this Adobe Reader OOC 11.0.22 patch is getting installed only on

Adobe Reader XI MUI not in Adobe Reader XI EN is this patch designed like such?

For better understanding in mentioned below with the GUID

Adobe 11.0.22 get installed in Adobe Reader XI MUI - {AC76BA86-7AD7-FFFF-7B44-AB0000000001}

Failed to installed in Adobe Reader XI MUI - {AC76BA86-7AD7-1033-7B44-AB0000000001}

I will happy if some assist in this issue asap.
