I am having the same issue and I am using the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. Please help!

    Hi Alexg,

    Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is a free software and has access to limited features.

    You will not be able to use the "Prepare form" tool in this application.

    Prepare form tool can only be used in Adobe Acrobat DC application.

    I have checked that you have recently canceled the subscription.

    I am getting tis messgae but nothing happens after I've already donwloaded adobe reader

    I do not have prepare form in adobe acrobat pro DC.

    I was also having the same issue but had NOT cancelled the subscription.  I had to "search" for prepare tool and then was able to accomplish my task.

    My subscription has nothing wrong yet my users are missing Prepare Forms. Your answer doesn't hold up.

    Prepare Form is not available in Acrobat Reader.
