Reader 23 on Win7 can't open in Protected mode only when saving as PDF from MS Word Starter 2010

I'm using latest Adobe Acrobat Reader 23.008.20555 on Windows 7.

When I save a file as PDF in Microsoft Word Starter 2010, selecting checkbox "Open file after publish", as in screenshot below, Reader shows the warning below.

This happens on a fresh installation (factory reset). All available updates for Windows and Office are installed. Reader says is still supporting Win 7 so I would like to fix it.
