Reader cannot access OneDrive files on iPad

Since the latest update I can no longer open and edit pdf's stored in my OneDrive using Acrobat Reader on my iPad. Before the update I could access them via Files -> Locations -> Browse more files, and then select the OneDrive account.

I have the following versions:

iOS: 14.4.1

Acrobat Reader: 21.03.00

OneDrive: 12.21
