Reader DC and Photoshop Elements 13 will not launch.

Since uninstalling AVAST Premium and Cleanup applications from my Windows 10

PC, I am unable to launch my Adobe applications.

When I click launch shortcut or even the exe file itself Windows reports an

error it cannot find the file.

The file exists in the location reported as not found.

Also if I try to open a pdf file in any directory location Windows reports

it cannot find the file.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled software and Adobe Reader is set as my

default viewer but I cannot fix the problem. Help anyone????
