Reader DC cannot be found error

Every time i click the shortcut i get this message, i've ran all 3 removal tools from Adobe and reinstalled several times now but always get the same message.

Even if i navigate to the file Acrord32.exe and run it, the message is the same, obviously I dont want to re install windows just for this but it is getting annoying.
