Reader DC CR 2019.012.200034: can't send pdf as email attachment from SAP GUI 7.60

Hi all,

We recently upgraded our SAP GUI to 7.60, the only supported version at the moment. When we open a pdf file inside the GUI, it is not possible to send the pdf as an attachment to an email message; when clicking on the envelope Adobe Reader does not continue. The behaviour is the same as in this forum message:Send file as email attachment Adobe Reader DC 2019.008.20071

We are now on version Continuous Release 2019.012.200034; is it possible that the corrective measures mentioned in this message are not available in the release that we use? Note: we are using the Dutch language version. Note 2: in SAP GUI 7.40 we don't have any such problems.

Any suggestions?

    We're sorry for the trouble you had, would it be possible to post a screenshot of the screen you get? To post a screenshot, take help from the article How to share screenshot

    Are you on a Mac or Windows machine and what is the version?

    Hi Anand,

    Thanks for the quick response. We are working on Windows machines, in a Citrix environment. I'll add 2 screenshots; the one in green is Adobe Reader in SAP GUI 740, as it should be. The blue GUI is SAP GUI 760, after pressing the envelope the right side of the screen goes empty, no possibility to proceed sending an email message.
