Reader DC download

I am trying to download and install Acrobat Reader DC but only get to 56% installed when I get a "Installation Failed" message. No other clues. Using IE 11 and Windows 7. Help???

    Hi Kenneths,

    As you are experiencing issue in installing Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, please try to run the cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs on your system.

    Then restart your system and install application from here Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

    Check if this works.

      Hello - I was successful after using the clean up tool as you recommended. I was then able to download and properly install Reader 11.0.10. Thank you very very much for providing this advice. I am a happy camper once again! Thanks so much.
