Reader DC fails to install, Win10

Question

Hi,I have a desktop with Win10. I kept getting messages that automatic update failed to install. So I finally deleted the existing version and went to the web to install the updated Acrobat Reader, in case DC. So far so good. I tried to install the program, thought I had, but right at the end the message "failed to install" came up.  Help!  No special anti-virus but BitDefender, which I finally stopped temporarily. The browser I used is Mozilla Firefox.

Enable Windows Installer verbose logging - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/223300/how-to-enable-windows-installer-logging

try to install again, collect latest MSIxxxx.log file from User Temp folder, zip it and send it to me in the private message.
